Our Story
Kyle and Kameron Lucas are identical twin brothers who grew up fixing and flipping homes alongside their family, starting around age 10. Long before either of them held a business degree, they'd already developed something harder to teach: a genuine love for fine detail and quality craftsmanship, and the belief that the parts no one sees deserve the same care as the parts everyone does.
That instinct followed them through college, where both brothers worked for general contractors throughout the DMV area. It was there they noticed a pattern: every contractor had a different process, a different approach, a different way of doing things, but almost all of them left homeowners guessing. Guessing about cost. Guessing about timeline. Guessing about what the finished project would even look like before it was too late to change course.
In 2020, the same year they both graduated cum laude from Bowie State University with degrees in Business Management, Kyle and Kameron founded Lucas Brothers Construction with a simple goal: take the guesswork out of remodeling. Today, they bring that same standard, equal parts craftsmanship and clarity, to homeowners throughout Maryland and Washington, D.C.

With a deep understanding of both design and construction, Kyle ensures every project begins with a clear vision and ends with exceptional results.
Kameron Lucas
Co-Founder & COO — Construction Operations
Kameron oversees all construction operations, trade coordination, and on-site execution. With over a decade of hands-on experience, his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship set the standard for every Lucas Brothers project. Kameron ensures that what’s designed with intention is built with precision.
Lisa Lucas
Client Experience Coordinator
Lisa keeps every project running smoothly from start to finish, coordinating scheduling, client communication, and final walkthroughs so nothing falls through the cracks. As part of the family behind Lucas Brothers Construction, she brings the same care and attention to every client relationship that Kyle and Kameron bring to every build.
